What a tour looks like
An hour, roughly. We start in a finished suite so you can see what one turns into, then an unfinished one so you can see what you would actually be buying and where your money goes between the two.
You will go up on a mezzanine. You will stand under the doors. If there is something being built that week, you will see the inside of a wall, which is the part that tells you the most and photographs the worst.
What to bring
- A tape measure, if you are the type. People do, and we like it
- The dimensions of the largest thing you own, trailer included
- Your questions about the shell price, line by line. We will answer them with a list, not a range
- Whoever else has to say yes
How it works
By appointment. There is no storefront, no posted hours and no walk-in traffic here, which is the same reason owners like the place. Reach out, pick a time, and come through the gate.
Ask for a late afternoon slot if you can. The light on this property at the end of the day does more selling than we do.
