The Move-In Package

Painted, plumbed and ready to move into.

The Move-In Package takes a suite past the bare shell. The block walls are painted, the bathroom is installed, the stair and railing are in, and there is lighting and outlets to work with. Everything in these photos is the Move-In Package. You can park in it the day you get the keys.

What the package adds

Every suite, with or without the package, already comes with a concrete mezzanine, natural gas radiant in-floor heat, 100-amp service, a plumbing stub-in, insulated exterior walls and 14-foot overhead doors.

What happens next is up to you

Because the structure is block and poured concrete, you are not working around a building that needs protecting. Drill it, bolt to it, hang off it. There is solid block behind the bit everywhere you go.
