Luxury Vehicle Storage in Minnesota

Looking for luxury vehicle storage in Minnesota? The Hide Out Supermax Suites sells private, deeded suites built from reinforced concrete and structural steel, with natural gas radiant in-floor heat, fourteen-foot overhead doors and private gated entry watched by cameras around the clock. You own the space outright. Your vehicles sit behind your own door, not in a shared bay, and nobody else holds a key to it.

It is the place for the car you would not leave in a rented unit: the collector piece, the weekend car, the truck you spent three winters building.

Your Own Door, Not a Shared Bay

Most vehicle storage means a spot in someone else’s building, on someone else’s schedule. At The Hide Out the suite is yours. It is deeded real estate, so you come and go when you like, finish the space the way you want, and keep what you build.

Concrete block walls separate every suite from the next, so your neighbor’s project stays on his side of the wall. Every utility is metered to your suite alone, and a fiber line runs to each one.

Built the Way a Valuable Car Deserves

The Hide Out is a noncombustible structure of reinforced concrete and structural steel. There is no wood framing anywhere in it. Concrete does not burn, it does not rot, and mold has nothing to feed on.

It is also quiet. Concrete holds its temperature and its silence better than sheet metal, and the natural gas radiant in-floor heat comes standard, so the car you park in November is warm and dry in January. Air conditioning is an owner option.

Room to Stack, Room to Stay

Headroom is where the suites surprise people. Three trucks are stacked on a lift today in one of the smaller suites. Every suite comes with a concrete mezzanine included in the price, so the upper level is ready for a lounge, an office or a display of the collection. The lounge pictured is the mezzanine of one of our smallest suites.

Owners turn their suites into anything from a quiet place to keep the car to a full lounge with a bar and a screen. Most of our suites have twenty-five feet of clear height.

Luxury Vehicle Storage: Common Questions

Where can I store a luxury or collector car near the Twin Cities?

The Hide Out Supermax Suites, at 5000 Odessa Ave NE in St. Michael, MN, sells private, heated, deeded suites for vehicles and collections, right off I-94 northwest of the Twin Cities.

Do I rent the space or own it?

You own it. Each suite is deeded real estate that you can finish, use and sell as your own.

Is the space heated?

Yes. Natural gas radiant in-floor heat with a gas boiler is included in every suite. Air conditioning is available as an owner option.

How secure is it?

Entry is private and gated, with 24/7 cameras. Each suite sits behind its own fourteen-foot overhead door, and reinforced concrete block walls separate one suite from the next.
