Utilities are all separate per unit and include natural gas, electrical and a water meter, along with a fiber optic data cable.
More headroom than most people expect. Reinforced block and steel let the walls go taller than wood framing practically can, so there is room for a lift that stacks vehicles and a mezzanine with plenty of space above it. Overhead doors are fourteen feet. Most of our suites have 25 feet of clear height. Come stand in one and see it for yourself.
A garage condo is a secure, private storage suite you own — perfect for car collectors and enthusiasts.
100% yes, with a limitation that you cannot have a retail storefront. It cannot be open to the public.
Yes, floor drains are optional in the build-out process.

The clubhouse decision will be made by a board of directors once we’re built out a little ways.
The HOA fees will cover an insurance policy for the building and they will cover lawn and snow removal.

I do. The owners who are here now are not carrying the site while the rest of it fills in — every unsold suite is paid by the developer until somebody buys it.
