Music Rehearsal and Studio Space in Minnesota

Every band has played in a room that was too cold, too small or one complaint away from an eviction.

A suite at The Hide Out Supermax Suites is a room you own, with reinforced concrete block between you and the neighbors and nobody upstairs but you.

Block Walls Between Neighbors

Reinforced concrete block separates every suite. It was chosen for structure and resistance to fire, and for keeping noise on its own side of the wall. Treat the room the way your sound needs, on top of walls that already do a lot of the work.

Two Rooms in One

The concrete mezzanine, included with every suite, makes a natural control room, lounge or writing room over the live floor.

Load In Without the Stairs

Fourteen-foot overhead doors open straight onto the drive aisle, so the van backs up to the door and the gear rolls in. Owners have access around the clock, because rehearsals do not keep office hours.

Employees Welcome, Clients by Appointment

This is a commercial building. A business can own a suite and run out of it, and your people can work there every day. Clients come by appointment rather than walking in off the street, because the one thing a suite here is not built for is a retail storefront.

Financing

Owner-occupied commercial real estate qualifies for SBA financing, which typically means a lower down payment than a conventional commercial loan. Ask your own lender what it looks like for your business, and see how to buy a garage condo.

Who It Suits

Bands that want a permanent room, producers and engineers, teachers who give lessons by appointment, podcasters and voice-over artists, and anyone who has outgrown the basement.

Photos only go so far. The fastest way to know whether a suite fits is to stand in one. Tours are by appointment: call (855) 843-4433 or get in touch.
