Build the Upstairs Your Way
Floors and underground plumbing are poured for each suite after purchase, so the layout is yours to decide. Put the bathroom or a wash tub up on the mezzanine and keep the whole ground floor for parking. Owners have even run the mezzanine in an L to gain more room upstairs. If you want a head start, the Move-In Package adds painted walls, a bathroom, the mezzanine stairs and some lighting and outlets.
