Luxury Garage Condos in Minnesota
Some garages hold cars. A few hold the whole story: the collection, the lounge upstairs, the bar where friends end up staying later than they planned.
The Hide Out Supermax Suites are deeded luxury garage condos in a real commercial building of masonry and structural steel. You own the suite, you build it out to your own plan, and you keep the key.
Built Like It Is Meant to Last
Everything here is overbuilt, overthought and overdone. Reinforced concrete block between every suite for sound, structure and resistance to fire. Integrally colored block outside, so there is no siding to replace and nothing to paint. No gutters or downspouts hung on the walls, and drive aisles wide enough to swing a full-size truck and trailer around.
Room Upstairs for the Good Part
Every suite comes with a concrete mezzanine, included in the price. Owners turn it into a lounge, a bar, an office or a theater. The Harley lounge you see here sits in one of the smallest suites on the property, which tells you how much room the larger ones have.
Quiet, Private, and a View You Will Not Expect
The buildings sit behind wetland on one side and a nature preserve on the other, laid out so sunset reaches almost every suite. Deer, turkeys and sandhill cranes wander past the doors. Private gated entry, cameras around the clock and 24-hour owner access keep it yours.
What Comes With Every Suite
Natural gas radiant in-floor heat, so it is warm in January. Fourteen-foot overhead doors. A fiber line, separately metered utilities and a plumbing stub-in. Most suites have twenty-five feet of clear height, plenty for a lift or two. The concrete floor and underground plumbing go in after you buy, to your layout, so a bathroom or bar can live upstairs instead of taking up parking.
Designed by People Who Care About Details
The suites were designed with Murphy & Co. Design and Eskuche Design Group, and each size has its own architect concept: the Standard Suite, the Max Suite and the Super Max Suite. See them on the suites page, then picture your own.
A Club Without the Clubhouse Rules
Owners get an indoor pickleball court of their own, and a golf cart ride through the neighborhood and a tunnel under the road takes you to the golf course. Through the year there are cruise-ins, whiskey nights and open houses, so the place has a pulse even when your door is closed.
Photos only go so far. The fastest way to know whether a suite fits is to stand in one. Tours are by appointment: call (855) 843-4433 or get in touch.
