The base suite

This is what you get before you do anything to it.

Every suite at The Hide Out is handed over finished, not framed. Painted block walls, a sealed concrete floor, the structural mezzanine already poured as part of the building, the steel stair already in, lights on, a working bathroom and an insulated overhead door. Nothing in these photos is an upgrade. This is the starting line.

What happens next is up to you

Some owners leave it exactly like this and park in it. Others put a lift in, run a bar along the mezzanine, hang a wall of parts, wrap the walls in wood or brick. The Squarebody, Harley and Workshop suites all started as the room in these photos.

Because the structure is block and poured concrete, you are not working around a building that needs protecting. Drill it, bolt to it, hang off it. There is solid block behind the bit everywhere you go.
