Owner-Exclusive Means Exactly That

A lot of places use the word private. Fewer of them can tell you exactly who is allowed through the gate.

What private means here

  • Private gated entry. You come in through the gate or you do not come in
  • Cameras running around the clock
  • No retail storefront and no walk-in traffic, by design
  • Visits are by appointment, including ours

The amenities on the property are for owners and the people owners bring. They are not rented out, not open to the public, and not a revenue line. That is the difference between an amenity and an attraction.

Why no retail

This is a commercial building, and a business can absolutely own and operate out of a suite here. What does not happen is a storefront with a sign and a stream of strangers wandering the drive aisles on a Saturday.

The people who buy here are keeping things they care about in a building they do not live in. Knowing who is on the property matters more to them than foot traffic ever could.

Serenity is a security feature

It sounds soft until you have owned something valuable somewhere you did not control. Then a gate, a camera and a short list of people with the code stop being features and start being the reason you sleep.

Come through the gate

By appointment, which is rather the point. 5000 Odessa Ave NE, St. Michael.
