Every development in this category lists community as a feature. It is usually a bullet point next to the gate code. Here is what it looks like when it is real.
The calendar
V8’s & Vaults runs on the property and it is free and open to anyone. Cars, trucks and bikes, old and new. The Wright County Whiskey Club holds evenings inside the space. Trunk or Treat brings families through in October. There are open houses, and there are ordinary weekend mornings that nobody organised at all.
That last category is the one that matters most.
The Saturday nobody scheduled
Doors up, coffee on, somebody’s stereo going, and a lot that filled itself. No sign-up sheet, no invitation. It happens because the people who own here actually come here, which is not true of every building that sells space to store things in.
Most storage sites empty out on a Saturday. This one fills up.
No price filter at the door
Something Italian parks next to a square body that has been a project for four years. Both belong. Nobody is checking the value of what you brought, and nobody is going to ask you what you paid.
If the plan had been to build a place where only one of those was welcome, we would have built something else.
Why this is a buying consideration
You are choosing where you will spend your Saturdays for the next twenty years. The concrete decides what you can do in the space. The people decide whether you go.
A suite in a building nobody visits is a very expensive storage locker. A suite in a building people show up at is a second place to be.
The easiest way to check
Do not take our word for it. Come out on a normal weekend, not an event day, and see what is going on. Bring the kids. Park wherever.
5000 Odessa Ave NE, St. Michael. Sales offices are open in Unit D14. See the suites, or let us know you are coming and we will have the door open.
