Executive Garage & Private Office Space in Minnesota
Looking for an executive garage with a private office attached? The Hide Out Supermax Suites sells deeded suites that are both: a heated space for your vehicles on the ground floor and a concrete mezzanine above it, included in the price, ready to become your office, your conference room or your lounge. It is a commercial building, so your business can own the suite, your employees can work there, and the property qualifies for SBA financing.
One door, one key, one place for the cars and the work.
An Office You Own, Not a Lease You Renew
Most private office space is rented by the month and gone the day you stop paying. A suite at The Hide Out is real estate. You buy it, you finish it the way you work, and it stays yours. A business can hold the title, which is why owners here use their suites as an office, a workshop, a client meeting room, or all three.
Visits are by appointment. There is no retail storefront and no sign on the door, which is exactly what most owners want: a quiet, private place to do focused work, meet a client, and park the car you actually care about a few steps from your desk.
Built for Work, Not Just Storage
Every suite has its own metered utilities, 100-amp electrical service, a plumbing stub-in and a fiber line run to the suite, not just empty conduit. Natural gas radiant in-floor heat comes standard, so the office is warm in January without a space heater humming under the desk. Air conditioning is an owner option.
The building is reinforced concrete and structural steel, with concrete block walls between suites. That means quiet. A phone call upstairs is not competing with a compressor next door, and a fabrication shop two suites down stays two suites down.
Room for the Business You Actually Run
Owners here are business owners who wanted one place for the work and the things they love, and one already runs their office from a suite. A suite fits a quiet professional office as easily as a detailing bay, a mechanic’s shop, a small fabrication or prototyping shop, a studio, or an online store’s stock room. There is enough power and gas in the building to set up a real commercial kitchen for a catering business.
Fourteen-foot overhead doors take a work truck or a trailer, and the drive aisles are laid out wide enough to turn a full-size truck and trailer around between the buildings. Most of our suites have twenty-five feet of clear height.
Executive Garage & Private Office: Common Questions
What is an executive garage?
An executive garage is private, owned space that combines secure vehicle storage with a usable office or lounge. At The Hide Out Supermax Suites, each deeded suite has a heated ground floor for vehicles and a concrete mezzanine, included in the price, that owners finish as an office, meeting room or lounge.
Can I run my business out of a suite?
Yes. The Hide Out is a commercial building. A business can own a suite and employees can work there. The one limit is retail: there is no storefront, so customer visits are by appointment.
Can I finance a suite with an SBA loan?
The property qualifies for SBA financing, which typically means a lower down payment than a conventional commercial loan. Ask your own lender about your business’s eligibility.
Does the suite have internet and its own utilities?
Yes. A fiber line runs to each suite, and every utility is metered to that suite alone.
Is the office space heated?
Yes. Natural gas radiant in-floor heat is included. Air conditioning is available as an owner option.
Can I add a bathroom or kitchen?
Yes. Each suite has a plumbing stub-in, and because floors are poured after purchase, the bathroom or a wash sink can even go up on the mezzanine to keep the ground floor open for parking. The optional Move-In Package adds a bathroom, mezzanine stairs, painted walls and lighting.
