Private Office, Business and Community Space
Where can I buy private garage space for my business in Minnesota?

Yes. Each suite has a fiber line, separately metered utilities, 100-amp electrical service with one outlet and natural gas radiant in-floor heat. A consultant’s office, a small studio, an online shop, a detailer, a fabrication or prototyping shop and a catering kitchen all fit. See executive garage and private office space and what is a flex space.
Is The Hide Out a private community space?
Yes. It is a gated campus for owners, with an owner-only indoor heated pickleball court and car events on the grounds, and owners build lounges on their mezzanines for hosting friends. See private car club and garage community.
Owning a Suite
Do I buy or rent a suite?
Suites are purchased and deeded real estate. You can buy the shell and start using it while the build-out is planned, or put down a deposit, plan first and buy the finished suite.
How big are the suites?
There are three sizes: the Standard Suite (1,353 square feet with the mezzanine), the Max Suite (1,870) and the Super Max Suite (2,452).
What comes with the base shell?
100-amp electrical service with one outlet, natural gas radiant in-floor heat, plumbing stub-in, a concrete mezzanine, concrete floors, exterior insulation, windows, fourteen-foot overhead doors, a fiber line and a separate water meter.
Who pays the association dues on unsold suites?
The developer pays the dues on every unsold suite, so owners are not carrying the rest of the site while it fills in.
