Classic & Collector Car Storage in Minnesota

Looking for classic car storage or a safe home for a collector car in Minnesota? The Hide Out Supermax Suites is a gated community of privately owned, heated garage suites built from reinforced concrete and structural steel. Instead of renting a spot in a shared building, you own the suite your cars live in. You will find us at 5000 Odessa Ave NE in St. Michael, just off I-94 northwest of the Twin Cities.

Built for the Cars You Don't Replace

A car you have spent years finding deserves a building that will still look the same in thirty years. The Hide Out is noncombustible construction: reinforced concrete and structural steel, with no wood framing. Concrete does not burn, and reinforced concrete block walls between suites add resistance to fire and keep noise from traveling between neighbors.

Concrete also gives mold nothing to feed on. Learn more about the building on our garage condos for sale in Minnesota page, or start with what a garage condo is.

Warm in January, Room to Grow the Collection

Every suite comes with natural gas radiant in-floor heat, so the cars sit warm and dry through a Minnesota winter. Air conditioning is an owner option. Fourteen-foot overhead doors make loading easy, and most of our suites have twenty-five feet of clear height.

That headroom is why one owner has three trucks stacked on a lift in one of the smaller suites. A collection can grow up instead of out. See more on our luxury vehicle storage page.

Yours, Not a Rented Spot

Each suite is deeded real estate. Your cars are not shuffled around by anyone else, entry is private and gated with 24/7 cameras, and every suite has its own separately metered utilities.

The concrete mezzanine is included in the price. Many owners finish it as a lounge that looks down on the cars, the best seat in the house for a collection. Meet the community on our private car club and garage community page, or see finished luxury storage suites.
